Father Day Challenge Hosted At Robyn The Pink Stamper Website

Robyn the Pink Stamper is giving away a Cricut Expression Machine and this is the card that I entered for the challenge.  The Cartridge that I used to create this card was Everyday Paper Dalls.  My husband has a Harley Davidson and I tryed to mock the colors of his bike.  I think it turned out really well.  The background paper that I used is from the Me&My Big Ideals travel paper collection.  I cut out the bike three times and cut and layer to give the bike a 3-D look.  I add Tim Holtz Mask to the paper and then I distress all the edges with the vintage photo ink.  I add mod podge to the bike and helmet to give them a glossy finish.  Over all I am really happy with the way this card turned out.

My Take on the Prima Flower Called the Bell Arte Aquarius

This is the second flower of my flower series. This flower is a Prima flower and is called the "Bell Arte Aquarius".
This is how I created this beautiful flower.  I use my cricut expression and the cartridge that I used was the Home Decor'.  You need to put your cricut on shift and blackout, and the flower is number 14 on the cartridge overlay, you don't get a user book with this cartridge.
Cut the petals at:
1 at 3"
1 at 2 3/4"
1 at 2 1/2"
1 at 1 3/4"
1 at 1 1/4",
1 at 1"
You will need Diamond Dust, Mod Podge, Ink to distress you petals, paint brush to roll you petals, and glue.

The tag came from the Winterwoodland Cartridge on page 80, size is 6" inches
The letters MOM where cut from the Winterwoodland Cartridge, size 1 1/4" inch
The Florish came from the Home Decor' Cartridge and the size I cut was 5" inches
The paper flower I created myself and I will be doing a tutorial in the near future.

My Take on the Prima Flower Called The Petite Mum

This flower is called the Petite Mum, I created this flower because our local Michaels store doesn't have a big selection of scrapbooking flower, and I love the Prima flowers they are so beautiful.  So I figured that if I couldn't buy it from Michaels then I would have to create one, so this is my take on the Prima flower called the Petite Mum.  Enjoy!!

The petal that I used for this project is on page 41 of the Paisley Cartridge.
The size of the flowers that I cut are: 2 ½”, 2 ¼”, 2”, 1 ¾”, 1 ¼”, and 1”
For the Centre of the flower I used beads that I bought at Michaels.  I used glimmer the petals before I put the flower together.
